As part of the approved Action Plan for 2025, fr om February 2 to April 2, 2025, employees of the Project Office Activity Organization Department, J.A. Babadjanov and N.S. Abdullaev, went on a business trip to Namangan to study the preparation of a regional seminar on “Prospects for the introduction of energy-saving systems based on renewable energy sources (RES) and the use of small-scale energy systems in farming.”

During the trip, two meetings were held with the management of Namangan Engineering and Construction Institute, with the support of the Head of the Department of Energy, Associate Professor M.Kh. Murodov (developer of biogas systems).

As a result, an agreement was reached to hold the seminar in the first decade of March 2025 at the Namangan Engineering and Construction Institute, with the participation of farm managers from Namangan, Andijan, and Fergana regions, as well as representatives of the agro-industrial sector. The seminar will also include discussions with national and international land-use experts, who showed great interest in the event, including national manufacturers of export-oriented products such as "Santech Design" LLC.

Additionally, meetings were organized with the regional Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Business Development Bank. The Chamber helped define the event’s organizational mechanism, while the bank expressed its readiness to finance projects for implementing biogas systems and other RES-based solutions in the region’s farms.

Furthermore, a meeting was held with the management of the foreign enterprise "Diamond Group of Industries" in the Davlatabad district of Namangan region, wh ere consultation support was provided on existing issues.
