The specialists of “Uzbekexpertiza” JSC have identified the next business trip to the Andijan region as one of their priority directions. The main goal of the visit was to expand the regional coverage of the measures outlined in Presidential Decree No. PQ–126 dated March 14, 2024, and to strengthen the mechanisms for project-based business support.

According to the conclusion of the sectoral department of the company, this business trip was also assessed as a timely and important initiative in a situation where there is a need to revitalize project activities in the region and to adapt them methodologically. In conditions where management and investment planning standards are being rapidly updated, the need for additional methodological assistance aimed at strengthening local human resources and institutional capacity is clearly evident in practice.

As part of S.A. Bobokhonov’s business trip, a Memorandum of Strategic Cooperation was signed with the state institution “Andijon Youth Technopark.” The document envisages joint implementation of investment projects, support for youth initiatives, and the sustainable formation of the “idea — business plan — implementation” chain.

Special attention during the visit was given to negotiations with the Directorate of the “Silk Road” Free Economic Zone.The discussions focused on the conditions for supporting FEZ residents, the placement of new high-tech production facilities, and mechanisms for cooperation through the project office platform.

This business trip to Andijan aligns with national-level strategic objectives: supporting regions institutionally, ensuring equal access to project infrastructure, and turning initiatives into real production and export-oriented projects.
