On June 17, 2024, the annual general meeting of shareholders of JSC "Uzbekexpertiza" was held to review the results of 2023.

The following annual reports on the company's activities for 2023 were presented to the attention of the shareholders: 

• Conclusion of the independent audit of the company's financial and economic activities for 2023;
• Conclusion of the independent review of the executive body of the company on the correctness of calculations for key performance indicators (KPI) and total performance indicators (TPI);
• Conclusion of the independent audit on the results of the independent assessment of the company's corporate governance system for 2023;
• Procedure for the distribution of net profit earned by the company based on the results of 2023;
• Project of the new organizational structure of the company and other issues that need to be considered in accordance with the Law "On Joint Stock Companies and Protection of Shareholders' Rights."

Information about all decisions made at this meeting will be communicated to the shareholders in the prescribed manner within 10 days from the date of the meeting.
