Within the framework of implementing paragraph 2(b) of the Presidential Decree No. PQ–126 dated March 14, 2024, Memorandums of Cooperation were signed in the Fergana, Andijan, and Kashkadarya regions from April 3 to 11, 2025, under the coordination of JSC "Uzbekexpertiza"

In particular, cooperation agreements were concluded between “Ferganaexpertiza” and the “Kokand” Free Economic Zone, between “Andijanexpertiza” and the “Ipak Yuli” Free Economic Zone, as well as between “Kashkadaryaexpertiza” and the Directorate of Small and Youth Industry

The main goal of this cooperation is to jointly develop business plans, implement ready-made projects, and facilitate the attraction of investors. The signed Memorandums are aimed at promoting entrepreneurship and supporting business initiatives across various regions of the country
