In order to implement subparagraph "b" of paragraph 2 of the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PQ–126 dated March 14, 2024, "On measures to further enhance the role of entrepreneurs' associations in the development of foreign trade and regional industry," on March 27, 2025, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the Project Office of "Uzbekexpertiza" JSC (Tashkent city), "Bukhoroexpertiza" LLC, and the leadership of the free economic zones (FEZ) "Bukhoro-Agro," "Qorako‘l," and "G‘ijduvon."

Within the framework of the agreements reached, active cooperation is planned in the following areas: Development of business plans for business entities; Formation and presentation of ready-made business projects to potential investors for implementation; Practical assistance in placing projects in allocated areas within the FEZs "Bukhoro-Agro," "Qorako‘l," and "G‘ijduvon."

The signing of the Memorandum serves as a practical step in implementing the initiatives announced by the Head of State and is aimed at developing entrepreneurship, supporting the private sector, and stimulating investment activity in the country's regions.
