Notice on Holding the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of “Uzbekspertiza” JSC

In accordance with the decision of the Supervisory Board of “Uzbekspertiza” JSC dated May 1, 2025, the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company will be held on May 23, 2025, at 11:00 AM.

Agenda:

1.      Approval of the regulations of the extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of “Uzbekspertiza” JSC and the composition of the Counting Commission.

2.      Conclusion of a major transaction.

Dates for the formation of the shareholders register: For notification purposes — based on the status as of May 2, 2025; For participation in the meeting — based on the status as of May 19, 2025.

Shareholders must bring an identity document — passport. Representatives of shareholders must present a power of attorney executed in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan (for legal entities — a power of attorney issued by the legal entity itself).

The meeting will be held in the meeting hall of the administrative building of the Company, located at: 51 Parkent Street, Mirzo-Ulugbek District, Tashkent City.

Registration of participants will begin at 10:00 AM.
