The event featured opening speeches by the organizers and the leadership of the Namangan Regional Department of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The Namangan Regional Department of Ecology, Environmental Protection, and Climate Change discussed the environmental benefits of the system relevant to the seminar topic. The Namangan regional branch of the Business Development Bank presented information on credit allocation for green energy projects. Additionally, speeches and presentations were delivered by entrepreneurs engaged in innovative activities in the field, along with their international partners from Ukraine and the Czech Republic.

As part of the seminar, several companies presented their innovative solutions and projects:

"IEC Energie" LLC – an integrated system for gas piston power plants.
"Santex Dizayn" LLC – products that can be used as part of a biogas system installation.
"Center for Business Planning" LLC – development of feasibility studies and business plans.
"Aral-Hybrid Innovation Agro" LLC – application of the "Active Plus" bio-product in organic farming, as well as its role in reducing soil and groundwater salinization.
"Eco-Tim Chartak" LLC – processing poultry manure waste and producing environmentally friendly fertilizers.

The seminar brought together leaders and representatives of farming enterprises from Namangan, Fergana, and Andijan regions, including greenhouse, poultry, livestock, and agricultural farmers. Regional divisions of JSC "Uzbekexpertiza" (via the "ZOOM" platform), the Regional Department of Veterinary and Livestock Development, the Farmers' Council, the regional branch of the Agency for the Implementation of Agro-Industrial and Food Sector Projects, JSC "Agrolizing," and representatives of the Namangan Regional TV and Radio Company also participated in the event.
